Vindaloo XX-Hot Spice Blend


Biju's Kerala Spices are blends born from the street food of southern India. Our Vindaloo XX-Hot Spice mix is a bright red, extra spicy blend of ground Indian chiles, ginger, garlic, turmeric and coriander. It has a bit more salt than other blends and will definitely add heat to your dish.

Pairs well with: Chicken, lamb, pork, seafood, mutton, vegetables
